Rishikesh Narayanan (rishi iisc.ac.in)

Rishi obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (Advisor: Prof. Y. V. Venkatesh). After that, he held two postdoctoral positions, the first at the National Centre for Biological Sciences, Bangalore (Advisor: Prof. Sumantra Chattarji), and the second at the University of Texas at Austin (Advisor: Prof. Daniel Johnston). He returned to the Institute in July 2009. He is currently a Professor at the Molecular Biophysics Unit of the Institute.

Richa Sirmaur (richasirmaur iisc.ac.in)

Richa obtained her M. Sc. in Biotechnology from the Savitribai Phule Pune University. She joined the Institute as a Ph.D. student in August 2019.

Sanjna Kumari (sanjnakumari iisc.ac.in)

Sanjna obtained her B.Sc (Hons.) in Zoology from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. She joined the laboratory as an integrated Ph.D. student in April 2020 (August 2019 batch).

Anjana S (anjanas iisc.ac.in)

Anjana obtained her integrated masters (IMSc) in Systems Biology from the University of Hyderabad. She joined the Institute as a Ph.D. student in October 2020 as part of the newly initiated interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in Brain and Artificial Intelligence.

Sarang Saini (sarangsaini iisc.ac.in)

Sarang obtained his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biomedical Sciences, from the Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi. He joined the laboratory in July 2021 as an Integrated PhD student (October 2020 batch).
